She brings more than 30 years of experience in animal behavior and training, including 24 years at Denver Zoo, to her coaching approach. A lifelong runner and two-time Boston Marathon finisher, Jen combines evidence-based training with principles of behavior, motivation, and perseverance to help athletes become stronger, more confident runners.

Most runners are chasing one of three things: a faster race, a longer distance, or the feeling of being a successful runner again after time off or a plateau. Some believe they can get there; others struggle to believe in themselves. That’s where I come in.

I’m passionate about helping runners build the confidence to believe in and trust themselves as they pursue their goals. My coaching philosophy is simple: small wins build confidence, and confident runners become stronger runner

I’ve also discovered that community is a powerful part of that process. Having people who believe in you, share the struggles, celebrate the wins, and support you regardless of the outcome can make all the difference. That realization led me to create both a track club and a running team focused on building stronger runners through connection, support, and perseverance.

[7
post-174","speaker","type-speaker","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","speaker-type-runners-panel
["GET
