As a former dual sport collegiate athlete and lifelong runner, he brings a practitioner&#8217;s eye for injury prevention and recovery to every race he runs. Andrew is also the founder and host of The Code: A Guide to Health &amp; Human Performance podcast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Andrew is an experienced road runner, competing up to the half marathon, and has worked with hundreds of runners training for everything from the 100m dash to 257-mile ultramarathons.
