Her work has supported thousands of families while transforming how communities and hospitals approach postpartum care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nikki Brooker, BA, MA, CPFS, CHW, CD, PCD, CLE, is the Founder and CEO of YANAM2M. She is a Colorado Certified Peer and Family Specialist, Certified Community Health Worker, Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, and Postpartum Support International trained Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nikki\u2019s expertise is in postpartum mental health, peer support, and building community based systems of care that ensure mothers do not fall through the gaps after childbirth.
