<p>Matt believes strongly in leading by example, especially when it comes to his children. He wakes up daily at 4 am, not because he has to, but because this lifestyle allows him more time with his kids. Matt explains that the way to become a high performer is to figure out what drives you, commit to a plan of action that will help you achieve your goals, and then stick to that plan regardless of how you feel.</p>
