About Jane Chevalier

Jane Chevalier is the founder of Take Care Mama Massage, a Littleton-based massage practice specializing in therapeutic care throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, the reproductive journey and beyond. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience as a massage therapist, Jane helps women feel informed, supported, and more connected to their changing bodies.

My expertise centers on hands-on therapeutic support and practical body education throughout pregnancy and postpartum. This includes abdominal focused prenatal massage, cesarean scar recovery, craniosacral therapy, ergonomic sleep positioning during pregnancy, couples prenatal massage instruction, birth preparation, and ergonomic breast and bottle-feeding support. I’m especially passionate about helping women and their partners understand how positioning, supportive touch, and small physical adjustments can reduce discomfort, encourage recovery, and make everyday experiences such as sleeping and feeding a baby feel more sustainable. Above all, I want women to feel informed, supported, and empowered to advocate for their needs during life stages that are too often minimized or overlooked.
