For a special 2-hour testing window, athletes will have the opportunity to work with our performance clinicians and experience cutting-edge VALD Performance technology used by sports performance professionals to objectively measure athletic ability.

Athletes will move through a series of fun, fast-paced performance tests designed to assess key components of athletic performance, including power, explosiveness, speed, agility, and movement ability.

Testing Includes

  • ⚡ Performance Measures using VALD technology and clinician-led testing
  • 🦘 Vertical Jump — measure lower-body power and explosiveness
  • 💥 Broad Jump — assess horizontal power and overall explosiveness
  • 🏃 Agility & Cone Drills — test change of direction, coordination, and movement
  • 📊 Baseline Performance Testing — establish objective measurements athletes can use to track progress over time

Whether you’re a young athlete looking to see where you stack up, a parent interested in understanding your athlete’s performance, a coach working with a team, or an athlete simply looking for a fun challenge, this is a chance to experience sports performance testing in a way that’s accessible, engaging, and informative.

Why Test

You can’t improve what you don’t measure.

Performance testing gives athletes and coaches a starting point, helping identify strengths, uncover areas for improvement, and create meaningful benchmarks to track development over time. It’s also a great way for young athletes to learn more about their bodies and what goes into becoming a stronger, faster, more powerful athlete.

All ages are welcome, with the experience particularly geared toward youth athletes, teams, and coaches.

Come see how you measure up, challenge yourself, and get a glimpse into the same type of performance technology being used by athletes and sports organizations around the world.
