Don Reichelt is an elite ultra runner and running coach. His running career includes a 24 hour US National Championship, 3x World Records, 2025 member of Team USA, and multiple wins over his 23+ 100mile race finishes. I have a 100 mile run PR of 13:16 and 24 hour PR of 155 miles.
