My Body, My Bike, Or Both?

Without a comprehensive professional assessment of your body, a bike fit can only be generic—never truly tailored to your biomechanics or riding goals.

After years of experience and hundreds of successful fits, one thing is clear: pain, stiffness, and disappointing performance aren’t the real problem—they’re signals that something deeper is being missed, whether in the fit, the body, or both.

That’s why we look at the whole picture. By combining a clinical-grade assessment of how your body moves with a detailed on-bike evaluation, we uncover mobility, structural, and neuromuscular issues that affect how you ride. From there, we create a plan that’s actually tailored to you.

Why have a physical therapist perform your bike fitting?

Our modern bike fitting ethos is not simply to alleviate discomfort in the short term, but to help you ride pain-free and efficiently for years to come. Only by integrating off and on bike functional elements is it possible to achieve a position that is efficient, comfortable, and sustainable over the long term.

Achieving an optimal bike fit requires understanding how your musculoskeletal and nervous system interact to shape your unique movement patterns on the bike. As a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and certified bike fitter, clients are recognized for how their individual asymmetries influence their cycling experience and how precise mechanical adjustments can support efficient, pain-free riding.

As passionate cyclists and racers ourselves, we understand the realities of training and competition and our fitting philosophy is based on what truly performs under real-world riding conditions. The result is a bike fit experience that supports performance, resilience, and confidence every time you ride.
