Dr. Tim Tracy
Dr. Tim Tracy

Physical Therapist
PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Tim Tracy appreciates the dynamics that living along the front range affords, enabling adventures with his wife and son while also providing the treatment link between physical therapy and cycling-related issues. With a history of competitive cycling, he is enjoying his new role as a “bike dad”.

He is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 10 years of orthopedic experience working with a diversity of patients ranging from Division 1 and NAIA athletes to the aging population. A series of hip and ankle injuries sustained during his collegiate soccer career, along with an abundance of overuse injuries and cycling incidents, have only deepened his empathy and treatment approach for those motivated to restore and optimize their functional capacity.

Tim joined Physio Room for the opportunity to authentically connect with his clients and challenge the physical therapy “status quo” of generalized and ineffective treatments. Above all, he understands the relationship between the pillars of health and overall well-being, necessary to provide a comprehensive treatment plan for each individual patient.

Seher believes that more knowledge, empowerment, and complete de-stigmatization are needed in pelvic health for people to heal.

During her treatment sessions, Seher creates a safe and supportive environment to empower her patients to reach their fullest potential.

Today, Seher actively promotes mental, spiritual, and physical health through her physical therapy and yoga teaching career. In her free time, you can catch Seher at a yoga class, the gym lifting weights, at home drinking coffee and playing with her cat, or hiking in the mountains.
