Welcome to Physio Room’s Clinical Strength Training, where your journey to lasting strength, confidence, and fearless movement begins! Our 6-week Group Training Program is designed to help you find your strength limits and embrace movement—no matter your age or fitness level. This program is the perfect transition from your Medicare Plan of Care in outpatient physical therapy to lifelong strength and mobility.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
Location: Crossfit Falcon View in Colorado Springs

Each workout session is led by the expert Physical Therapy and strength training staff of Physio Room, bringing together top-tier guidance to support your unique journey.
Ready to push past limits? Our program makes it possible for you to safely and confidently move with more power and freedom. Every workout is built to be adaptable, meeting you exactly where you are—whether you’re an experienced mover or just starting out.
What to Expect
Our Group Training Program includes:
- CHALLENGE YOUR PROGRESS: Week 1 starts with a testing session to assess your strength, mobility, and endurance, followed by a re-test in Week 6 to measure your progress. You’ll see what you’re capable of and feel the difference as your strength and mobility grow.
- FEAR-FREE MOVEMENT: Aging doesn’t mean slowing down! We design workouts that are scalable. Each workout is adapted to your skill and fitness level, so we can push boundaries safely and dispel fears around movement so you can feel strong and limitless.
- 12 FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS: The program hones 12 foundational movements critical to staying strong, functional, and agile. Master these, and you’ll be able to take on whatever life throws your way with confidence.
Program Structure
- Part 1 (6 Weeks): Testing, training, and transforming. Get stronger, feel more stable, and enjoy newfound flexibility as you discover what your body can achieve.
- Part 2 (6 Weeks): Ready for the next level? Dive deeper with our second 6-week course that builds on your new foundation, pushing strength and mobility further.
