You will spend your entire life inside one body. There are no trade-ins. This is where you live, and learning to care for it, strengthen it, and move it well is how you take on life’s demands with confidence.

Austyn Brown started strength training like many people: wanting to look better in the mirror. But he quickly realized that while he trained for everyday life, his body grew stronger, so did his sense of safety and capability in everyday life.

For the past six years, he has helped others build that same relationship with their bodies.

His coaching is rooted in functional strength, injury prevention, and biomechanics from the ground up, with a focus on core alignment and internal pressure management. Working as a continuation of physical therapy, he helps clients (once cleared) build real-world strength that allows them to rise to meet life’s demands.

As a yoga instructor, he also brings in a layer of self-acceptance, discipline over time, and mindful movement without losing sight of results.

Outside the gym, Austyn plays guitar, sings, writes poetry, models, speaks Spanish, and is either searching for a great meal or cooking one himself.
