Cody is originally from Massachusetts and now calls Colorado home, where he enjoys the active lifestyle the Front Range has to offer. His passion for movement and the outdoors—through activities like strength training, snowboarding, climbing, and hiking— helps inform his care as a massage therapist by taking a special interest in what is needed from the body to perform its best.
He completed a 650-hour massage therapy program and focuses on therapeutic, performance-based bodywork. Cody incorporates techniques such as myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and recover more effectively.
Cody has a singular goal of helping people move better, recover faster, and continue doing the activities they love pain free.
