Dr. Emily Stephens

PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Certified in Dry Needling

Emily is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for providing holistic care that treats each individual as a whole person- mind and body. She earned her undergraduate degree in Anatomy and Kinesiology from the University of New Orleans before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Regis University. She is dry needling certified and enjoys integrating evidence-based treatment with wellness-focused approaches to help clients optimize recovery, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Emily is committed to helping her clients move beyond what they once believed they were physically and mentally capable of achieving.

Her love for movement and sport began early through years of dancing, gymnastics, cheerleading, and cross-country running. Throughout her athletic journey, Emily experienced her own injuries that went mistreated, giving her firsthand insight into the limitations and emotional impact that pain and injury can have on daily life. These experiences shaped her appreciation for the body’s resilience and potential, inspiring her passion to help others feel empowered throughout their journey.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, skiing, running, weightlifting, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Pilates, teaching Lagree group fitness classes, and spending time with her adopted puppy, Goose.
