Your first visit starts with a conversation about your symptoms, goals, and lifestyle so we can tailor care to you. We’ll look at your whole-body movement and posture, then assess your core, breath, and pelvic floor. If appropriate, we may offer an internal exam—always optional and with your full consent. And don’t worry—there’s no such thing as TMI here. This is a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly and feel fully supported.
You’ll leave your first session feeling informed and confident, with a clear understanding of what’s going on, a personalized plan to move forward, and practical tools or exercises you can start using right away to take charge of your healing.
Ongoing visits are designed to support your progress and may include hands-on manual therapy, breathwork, and movement retraining, as well as strength and mobility work. Each session is built around your goals—whether you’re healing postpartum, thriving through menopause, or performing at your peak as an athlete.
Wear comfy, stretchy clothes you can move in—like leggings or joggers and a t-shirt or tank. We may look at how your body moves during squats, running, and other functional movements so be sure to wear shoes you’d typically workout in.
“My biggest victory is that I’m able to return to my normal workout routine which is a huge improvement to my overall quality of life.”
