Dr. Andrew Fix is a loving husband to his wife, Erin, fitness enthusiast, and avid runner. He and Erin do not have children currently, though enjoy being parents to their two Maine Coon cats, Thelma & Louise! Having had five major surgeries, Andrew is very familiar with the rehabilitation and recovery process. His own injuries as well as seeing his father deal with multiple rotator cuff operations led him to pursue physical therapy as a career path.

Andrew has been an active his entire life and was a dual sport collegiate athlete at Carroll University in his home state of Wisconsin. He played cornerback for the football team and was a 400-800m runner during track season. He now enjoys running, hiking, cycling, and you will often find him in the gym lifting weights. You may see Andrew while running a race so be sure to look for him on the course!

Dr. Andrew obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015 from Carroll. Following school he relocated to the Atlanta area to complete an orthopedic residency program. He has spent time in both Chicago and Kansas City since then and moved to Colorado in May of 2020. He is a board certified specialist in orthopedics as well as a health and wellness coach through Precision Nutrition. Andrew went on to become a movement & mobility specialist with The Ready State. In 2021, Andrew began assisting with continuing education training on rehabilitation for runners through the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE).


Reagan Glass

Client Experience Specialist / Office Manager

Reagan grew up in Colorado and from a young age took advantage of all the amazing activities the state has to offer. Growing up Reagan competed in Horseback riding on a state level, played varsity lacrosse for her high school and went skiing as much as possible in between, which ultimately led to her decision to move to beautiful Montana for almost a decade. Reagan spent her time in Montana completing her undergraduate degree in Public Health and perfecting her skiing skills as much as possible. In addition to her health education, Reagan developed a commitment to the importance of protecting her body from fatigue and injuries to maintain her ability to ski and partake in other outdoor activities she loves. Reagan will be pursuing her masters certificate degree in marketing analytics at University of Denver fall of 2022.

Outside of work Reagan also enjoys fly fishing, Avs hockey games, hiking with her dog Bowie, live music, and is currently learning to golf.

Tristan Mitchell

Founder, Owner, Coach of Lions Den, SMP

Tristan Mitchell is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, The Ready State 102 certified Movement & Mobility Coach, and in progress of becoming Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified.

Tristan’s journey of health and fitness began in high school with weight lifting. Eventually realizing that that alone would not get him where he wanted to be, he started running. A little over a year later he was weight lifting and running six days per week and had dropped 45 pounds. When he was 20, he ran his first marathon and realized that health and performance are vital aspects to overall happiness and that he would pursue them for the rest of his life. Realizing that he wanted to help others pursue their own goals of health and performance he began his career as a trainer. He is now the proud founder, owner and coach of  Lions Den, SMP.

Tristan has been personal, group training, and run coaching professionally since 2012 and utilizes principles of strength and conditioning to train movement competency and address chronic pain. He continues his own pursuit of faster marathons in his ever-evolving approach to health, performance, and longevity. Tristan has competed in 24 marathons with Personal Records of 2:36:51 in the marathon and 1:13:24 in the half-marathon.


Dr. Kerri Tiller

Physical Therapist

Dr. Kerri Tiller is originally from Pennsylvania. She grew up participating in a wide variety of sports, including track and field, cross country, swimming, and gymnastics. In college, she was introduced to the sport of rock climbing at the University of Pittsburgh, where she competed on the club bouldering team. Kerri followed her dream to pursue more outdoor climbing in 2013 after graduating with her DPT from Arcadia University. Her passion for rock climbing led Kerri to the Colorado Front Range, where she has enjoyed helping active individuals rehab injuries, train for various outdoor sports, and pursue her outdoor climbing endeavors.

Kerri aims to create individualized rehab and strength and conditioning programs to help her clients build resiliency and attain performance goals. Kerri became a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2020 and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2023. Kerri is also level 2 certified in Functional Dry Needling and has further training in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), vestibular rehab, and manual therapy.
