Dr Brooke Malloy

Physical Therapist
PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, Cert DN

Dr. Brooke Malloy is an orthopedic physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation, offering a highly personalized approach to care and a particular passion for guiding women from preconception through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She is dedicated to helping women restore strength, confidence, and control so they can return to the activities they love without pain or limitations. She believes that motherhood is not the end of peak performance, but an opportunity to redefine it.

After graduating with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Radford University in 2019, Brooke made the move from Virginia to Nashville, but ultimately landed in Colorado in 2022 and has never looked back. Brooke embraces an active lifestyle and understands the importance of returning to a high-level of activity, whether that means lifting in the gym, training for a new race or challenge, exploring the outdoors, or keeping up with the demands of motherhood.

Physical fitness and health are paramount for Brooke. She has always been fascinated by the resiliency of the human body and its ability to heal under the right circumstances. Brooke enjoys informing, equipping, and empowering patients with the resources they need to return to the activities they love, even stronger than they were prior to injury. She holds certifications as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Pelvic Floor Specialist (Cert- Pelvic) through the Institute of Clinical Excellence.

Outside of the clinic, Brooke enjoys weightlifting, hiking Colorado trails, paddleboarding, experimenting with her sourdough hobby, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outside with her golden retriever, Barley.
