Reset, Restore, Reload

ReSET

The reset phase is all about neutralizing inflammation and pain. When your body is in pain, recovery is minimal. Your PT will reduce this inflammation and calm down the pain through treatments such as massage, cupping, dry needling, adjustments, and laser therapy.

Restore

The restorative phase takes place when your pain and inflammation are neutralized. Muscle activation, mobility, and flexibility are the pillars of progress for restoring the body’s movement. We pair you with a PT who is an expert in your activity or sport. The movements and points of pain you experience while doing your activity are the priority. Using exercise therapy we restore your range of movement to get the right muscles firing at the right time.

ReLOAD

The reload phase will focus on movements that are specific to your sport or activity. Your PT will challenge your movement patterns and muscle development with resistance aka “load”. This reload phase makes your muscles resistant to injury and resilient. Our goal is to get you to your peak performance for competition and play.
