Cassie Santana
Cassie was first introduced to training after becoming a competitive cyclocross and gravel endurance cyclist in Chicago, Ill. She became an ACE certified personal trainer so she could train endurance athletes. After sustaining a few injuries herself, Cassie became more interested in the rehab and recovery process and went back to school to become a licensed PTA in 2020. For the past several years, Cassie has been helping patients from a variety of backgrounds recover from injuries. Understanding the activities her patients want to return to and why they are motivated to get better has always been the driving force for Cassie to learn more and better herself in this field.
Cassie has recently become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and now has more education and experience to train athletes of several disciplines. She recently registered for her first half marathon after becoming an instructor at Shred 415, a strength/endurance gym, in Castle Rock. In her free time, Cassie serves as the program director for Raptors Softball in Castle Rock.
